Head Swim Coach - Bethesda Country Club

Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Seasonal Swim Coach. This position will help manage the Bethesda CC swim program for a seasonal period. The season begins the Tuesday after Memorial Day and runs through the middle of August.

Essential Functions:

• Supporting and recruitment of swimmers including encouragement of potential swimmers as well as retain existing swimmers
• Supporting of weekday morning practices and afternoon practices
• Teaching and development of skills
• Safety of swimmers
• Liaison with other swim team coaches regarding participation and social activities

Requirements:

• CPR Certified
• 2+ Years' experience in a coaching position
• Excellent communication skills
