Pay: $26-32/hr (based on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Sapulpa, Oklahoma
Test Required: 3G Root pass and MIG fill/cap

Position Overview: Join our team as a Header Welder, where you'll play a key role in fabricating high-quality headers for industrial projects. We’re looking for an experienced welder who’s skilled in 3G Root pass and MIG fill/cap techniques, with a strong commitment to safety and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate headers following project specifications
• Perform precise 3G Root pass and MIG welding
• Inspect welds to meet structural and safety standards
• Collaborate with the welding team to meet deadlines and quality goals
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in header welding
• Proficiency in 3G Root pass and MIG techniques
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting
