- Evaluate the needs of clients and suggest suitable health insurance products and coverage plans.
- Explain the features and benefits of various health insurance plans to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering continuous support and assistance.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, insurance customer service, or a related field.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
