Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and experienced ACA Health Insurance Sales Agents to join our team. As an ACA agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with selecting and enrolling in ACA-compliant health insurance plans. All leads are inbound, so no cold calling is required. This is an excellent opportunity with high earning potential, especially during the Open Enrollment Period!

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with understanding ACA-compliant health insurance options and enrolling in the best plans
• Educate clients on coverage options, eligibility, and enrollment processes
• Handle all inbound inquiries from prospective clients
• Stay up to date on ACA guidelines and changes in the marketplace

Requirements:

• Must have a valid health insurance license
• Previous experience selling ACA health insurance preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling inbound sales calls
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
