Responsibilities:- Sell a comprehensive portfolio including ACA plans (both ON and OFF Marketplace), Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplements, stand alone prescription drug plans, and a full range of ancillary products such as accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, short-term medical, and life insurance.
- Access a full suite of agent-focused tools, including a phone system, CRM, quoting, and submission tools—designed to keep you organized, efficient, and effective.
- Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment that drives high sales volumes, leading to substantial bonus opportunities.
- Contribute to the growth and management of one of the largest Florida Blue books of business in the state.
- Handle inbound calls and leads generated by our organization while delivering top-tier customer experiences.
- Active 2-15 or 2-40 Florida insurance license
- Sales experience is a plus (in any industry, e.g., retail, automotive).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to operate and navigate a computer independently.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new software and technical tools.
- Proficient in managing multiple web browser tabs and utilizing CRM systems.
- Capable of keeping organized and secure records for logins and passwords.
- Comfortable handling calls via a computer-based dialer.
- Able to participate in virtual meetings and appear on webcam for client and team interactions.
