Health Insurance Sales - Primary Location

• Newly Licensed and don't know where to begin
• Been licensed for less than a year & not going anywhere on your own
• Motivated and ambitious California Licensed Life and Health Agent

• You must live within 45 minutes of UCLA (Westwood/Brentwood)

Your starting base salary will be $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience. This is NOT a commission earning position - Bonus dependent on performance!

Note: Commission based sales do not include Employee Benefits!

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients using ZOOM, the phone, and occasionally in person
• Provide a personalized recommendation with our proprietary customized sales tool
• Drive sales by cross-selling Health Insurance with other lines of insurance, such as Life, Home-Owners, Auto, Business Insurance and Liability policies. (We have a P & C Agent onsite.)
• Provide exceptional customer service to elevate the client experience, not only at the beginning of the relationship, but throughout the years.
• Provide policy assistance and support to clients.

• Active Health and Life Insurance License in the State of California
• Newly Licensed welcomed!
• Previous experience in Health Insurance sales or a related field is plus.
• Attention to detail when reviewing policies and sharing complex information.
• Microsoft Office 365 software competency
