About the Job
The Document Management Specialist will play a crucial role in providing controlled document support by managing the document lifecycle in the cloud-based electronic Document Management System (eDMS). This position will involve separating centralized regional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into site-specific SOPs, ensuring content clarity, consistency, and adherence to company documentation standards and practices. The specialist will serve as a subject matter expert on the eDMS, advise document owners on good documentation practices and Client standards, and execute various document management service components.

Responsibilities:
• Review content for formatting, readability, and provide recommendations
• Facilitate the selection and appropriate use of controlled document types
• Upload documents into the eDMS and route them for approvals
• Execute the periodic review process
• Collaborate with document owners to clarify requests as necessary
• Regularly communicate with internal clients to keep them informed of their document status
• Promote and convey good documentation practices
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience in formatting and editing documents
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work across organizations and regions
• Understanding of document management best practices
• Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Previous experience with VeevaVault desired
• Education requirement – Bachelor's Degre
