Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in Washington state or
California
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months
Hours: This position will likely be closer to full-time, but not
always 40 hours/week
Concurrent employment is not permitted
Requirements:
- 4+ years of real estate attorney experience
- Actively licensed and in good standing in your state of residence
(CA or WA)
- Experience with construction contracting and real estate development
preferred
- Familiarity with drafting and reviewing leases and purchase and sale
agreements
- Familiar with standard real estate terms
- Comfortable with technology
