About the Job
The Brand Ambassador will be accountable for Maxhealth Primary Care Center (PCP Center) patient growth by generating leads through grassroots events, traditional/digital marketing, professional networks, community partnerships, and nurturing referral relationships. This individual will be the face of the organization representing our care model, value to our customers and commitment in improving the well-being of the communities we serve.
Primary travel to include but limited to counties within Central Florida
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 2-3 years Sales/Marketing Experience preferably in the Healthcare Field
- Bilingual - Spanish and English
- Self-motivated, team player and driven to achieve growth targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft applications specifically Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
- Valid FL State divers license
- Personal vehicle with liability insurance as required by the State of FL
- Ability to work evenings and possible some weekend hours
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience growing primary care physicians' Medicare patient panels.
- Resides in Hillsborough, Polk or neighboring Central FL counties.
- CRM software (SalesForce) experience.
- Digital marketing experience.
Pay range: $60,000+ based on experience + bonus potential
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement creative growth and retention opportunities which will increase the total number of patients for assigned PCP Centers.
- Promote the company brand to include the "MaxHealth Difference" to all stakeholders including patients, brokers, communities and health plans for assigned PCP Centers and territory.
- Adhered to all company policies and procedures to include CMS regulations.
- Effectively manage and prioritize work, pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up, tracking, reporting, and progression to drive patient growth goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
- Ability to travel 75% of the week with some overnight travel
- Exceptional customer service, networking, relationship management and interpersonal skills with stakeholders to including seniors, caregivers, and licensed agents
- Provide regular updates to leadership on activities, lead funnel management, and market insights to support informed decision-making and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal and cross-functional teams (to include providers and operators) to align sales strategies, data, capacity, resources, execution and experience.
- Other marketing, sales, retention and administrative task as assigned.
