Healthcare Facility Supervisor (non-licensed/ certified) - Linley Park Post Acute

Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and Rehab facility conveniently located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina.

We are seeking an Uncertified (meaning NO CNA/ Nursing license) Supervisor for our facility for Weekday Nights. This individual will be responsible for:

• ensuring tasks assigned to our certified staff are followed through with (i.e. toileting needs for residents, med passes, call lights answered in a timely manner by certified staff, etc.)
• reporting discrepancies
• remaining a neutral party among staff members

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• caregiver experience (though you will not be practicing patient care directly)
• supervisory experience
• ability to remain neutral and stick to facts, not feelings
