Healthcare Front Office Coordinator - Sutton, MA - CQ Partners
Sutton, MA 01590
About the Job
Hear Joy Audiology provides the goal of bringing state of the art care to our local communities. Communication happens where we live and work; we believe that high-quality hearing healthcare should, too. Our providers aim for a heightened standard of practice across each patient, which we would be proud to provide to our very own families and loved ones.
We assess ear health and hearing function using diagnostic tests, which can usually be billed to health insurance. Our audiologists see patients of all ages. We assess lifestyle and communication needs, make recommendations and execute management plans for hearing loss and/or tinnitus. We also provide services to prevent noise-induced hearing loss (commonly experienced by military personnel, construction workers, and musicians, for example).
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a warm, professional and caring team to provide exceptional patient experience! The patient care coordinator is the first point of contact for the patients, creating a warm, welcoming first impression is essential.
