We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Marketing Manager to oversee and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our various practice(s). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and consumer/patient education, with a focus on the pediatric dentistry field. This role involves creating and implementing marketing initiatives, managing digital marketing campaigns, cultivating professional relationships, and promoting the practice"s specialized services. This is not your typical marketing role and will require a strong focus on education, community engagement, and collaboration.

What you will provide:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in pediatric dental, dental marketing, or healthcare marketing.
Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, social media, and online advertising.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building.
Familiarity with dental industry trends
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
Travel to our different locations will be required up to 50% of the time.
