Healthcare Marketing Representative - American River Healthcare

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experience Healthcare Marketer to join our in-home healthcare company. This role will focus on establishing partnerships within the community to drive referrals to our agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, strengthen community partnerships, and bring in new referrals. The ideal candidate will have experience with either Hospice and/or Home Health marketing.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing or a similar role, preferably in the hospice or home healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing techniques and strategies.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with community partners and healthcare professionals.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

**Responsibilities:**
- Create and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and generate client referrals.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral sources.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our in-home healthcare services.
