We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Healthcare Southeast Region Studio Leader.
Responsibilities:The Healthcare Southeast Region Studio Leader will be responsible for leading and growing our healthcare architecture practice in the Southeast United States with a sub-specialty focus on the pursuit of federal healthcare projects. This role involves strategic planning, business development, project management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare architecture, a passion for design excellence, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the healthcare architecture studio, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and lead proposal efforts to secure new projects.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of healthcare projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget, and schedule.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of architects and designers, promoting professional growth and development.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the healthcare architecture practice in the Southeast region.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to the highest standards of design quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and business development.
- Licensure: Licensed Architect in the state of practice.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare design principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Attributes: Creative thinker, strategic planner, and team player with a passion for healthcare design.
