About the Job
Yes Hearing’s mission is to advance access to hearing aids for over 30 million Americans that currently suffer from hearing loss, yet do not own hearing aids. Hearing aids are proven to enhance the overall well-being of those that wear the devices, but the high costs associated with purchase and the reluctance to actually visit a local audiologist mean millions of Americans do not get the care they need. We aim to solve this problem by having a fully integrated network of dispensing hearing care providers to conduct home visits across the United States.
We are searching for ambitious and motivated hearing care providers who want to be part of a revolutionary hearing aid healthcare model in the United States. Candidates must be fully licensed to dispense hearing aids and be willing to work from a clinic location.
What You'll Be Doing:
- You will be responsible for all testing, fitting, and sales on-location. Appointments will be pre-verified and assessed by our internal team, and you will have a live calendar showing availability.
- The time commitment for this role is 2 days per week, 8 hours per day (plus 1 hour for lunch), with the expectation that this will go up to 3 days per week by February 1, 2025.
- You will be paid an hourly rate, plus 10% commission on all sales that exceed your monthly quota target.
Requirements
- State licensure to dispense hearing aids
- Personal liability insurance coverage
- Minimum of two years audiologist/hearing instrument specialist experience
- Must be willing to work out of our new clinic
