MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HEAT EXCHANGER EXPERIENCE
We are on the hunt for a dynamic, results-driven Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team. As a leading player in the manufacturing industry, we specialize in advanced cooling systems for transformers and generators. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can drive our aftermarket sales and help us maintain our position at the forefront of the industry. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our bottom line.
Responsibilities:
As our Aftermarket Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Driving the sales of our aftermarket products, with a focus on transformer and generator cooling systems.
2. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
5. Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
6. Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales objectives are met.
7. Training and mentoring sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
8. Resolving customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in aftermarket sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
3. In-depth knowledge of transformer and generator cooling systems.
4. Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and how to use them to drive sales performance.
5. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor a sales team.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
8. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
