 We are currently looking for a highly skilled Machine Operator.  No experience necessary, we will train you.

Your Job: 

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and maintaining various shaft and arrow production machines including calibrating product and making the necessary machine adjustments to ensure a quality product. 

What you will be doing:  

• Set-up, run and maintain machinery
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Perform visual inspections
• Must be willing to work weekends

What you need to be successful:  

• Able to read and understand work instructions
• Familiar with measurement instruments (ie. Calipers, scales)
• Basic understanding of math
• Attention to detail and good eye sight
• Speak, understand, read and write in English
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 50 LBS
