Compensation: $65,000 to $150,000, based on experience and sales ability
Job Description: As a sales professional, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find the best comfort solutions for their homes. You will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations, assessing customer needs, and recommending the most suitable comfort products and services. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through personalized service and expert advice.
Required Qualifications:
- Residential in-home sales experience
- Advanced customer service and communication abilities (written/verbal)
- Excellent time management and follow-up abilities
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient computer skills
