The incumbent repairs and install environmental control systems on Maxwell Gunter AFB. 

Work Model: Onsite

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

• Installs, services, and repairs environmental- control systems in residences, office buildings, other buildings, and other commercial establishments, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, pipe fitting and structural layout. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Mandatory:

• High school graduate or equivalent. 
• Industrial Water Treatment Certification as Required by State Requirement. 
• Current Industrial Chiller certification. 
• Refrigerant Handling Certification as Required by State and EPA Requirement. 
• Ability to acquire and maintain government identification/common access card.  
• Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.  
• Valid Alabama state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.   
• Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.   
• U.S. Citizenship.   
• Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
