O&G Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, is seeking Structural Project Engineers to join our team at our CTDOT project in Meriden, CT.

This position is vital for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of complex heavy civil highway and bridge projects, spanning from pre-construction to project execution and completion. The role involves creating and managing construction documents, including submittals and RFIs, and acting as a liaison between the contractor and third-party engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 8-15 years of construction experience relevant to the type of work and the scope of the project and/or previous experience as a Project Engineer
• Strong knowledge of bridge structures and construction techniques (soil nailing, sheeting, etc.)
• PE license or working towards one preferred
