Diesel Mechanic

The focus of this position will be to provide Diesel Engine and other mechanical/electrical/hydraulic repairs on a wide range of customers from the excavation, construction and paving industries. You will be working with heavy equipment, "yellow iron".

This is a full-time position.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Perform routine fleet services and repairs, and any emergency repairs that may be necessary from time to time.
• Is skilled in all aspects of maintenance including welding and fabrication.
• Complete services or repairs without supervision.

Work Environment:

• Garage environment
• Exposure to loud noise, grease, gas, oil, fumes
• Exposure to heat and cold
• Road-side emergency service
