Hours: 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
Salary: $24 - $30 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Job Description:
Adecco is currently helping a local client in Casper, WY seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic with 2-4 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in hydraulic systems, engine repairs, transmission work, and power end repairs. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal guidance and communicate effectively with team members and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in heavy equipment.
- Perform repairs on hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, and power ends.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on heavy machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in the workplace.
- Provide guidance and support to junior mechanics as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and transmissions.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Relevant certifications or training in heavy equipment mechanics are a plus.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
