Job Title: Heavy Duty Mechanic

Role Purpose: The Heavy Duty Mechanic A diagnoses and repairs major complex coach problems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while overseeing the work of Mechanics B and C.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues in heavy-duty coaches.
• Inspect and monitor the work of junior mechanics to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and guidance to Mechanics B and C.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in heavy-duty vehicle repair.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
