Due to growth, a regional provider of waste management solutions is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanics to join their team in Sarasota, FL.
If you have proven experience with diesel heavy equipment , this is an opportunity you have to explore! Ability to speak Spanish not required, but a big plus! This opportunity is only available to applicants 21 years old and over .

- Above average pay : earn $25-$35/hour, based on experience. Taking advantage of overtime opportunities, most of our techs average around 50 hours a week. Technicians earn $68,750-$96,250 or more annually based on experience, overtime worked, and other incentives.

- Desirable DAYTIME Monday-Friday schedules : choose between 6AM-3PM or 10AM-8PM

- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and heavy equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently
- Carry out thorough inspections and preventive maintenance on various heavy machinery
- Replace or repair defective parts and components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs completed
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
