Founded in 1960, Trans Ash is a rapidly growing civil land construction & environmental company. This position is located at the Duke Energy Belews Creek Steam Station in Belews Creek, North Carolina.
Pay rate:
$19.47 - $29.20 / hour
Higher starting pay with relevant experience.

Job Summary:
Operating heavy equipment such as excavators, trackhoes and bulldozers.
Essential Functions:
+ Operate heavy equipment to load or place dirt, ash, or other materials.
+ Perform routine inspection on assigned equipment before operation.
+ Perform all duties in conformance to safety standards.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
+ Previous construction industry and/or equipment operations experience.
Training Requirements:
+ Trans Ash will provide necessary safety training for the job.
Experience:
+ Operators with 3+ years of operating experience preferred.
Other Information:
+ Ability to climb and operate heavy equipment.
+ Must be able to work in a construction environment.
+ Must have a valid driver’s license.
+ Be at least 18 years of age.
+ Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check.
