Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and expertise in operating heavy clearing and grading equipment in various settings and terrains.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, mulchers, skid steers, rollers, etc.
- Perform tasks including digging, grading, mulching, and earth moving
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications
- Prior experience in heavy equipment operation or related fields.
- Commercial driving experience is a plus, highly prefer candidates hold a CDL
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols compliance
