Heavy Equipment Operator at TAG Contracting Inc.

TAG Contracting Inc. is currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Old Fort, NC 28762. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment to assist with construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excavate and prepare construction sites
• Operate trackhoe, scraper, bulldozer, motor grader, dump truck, and other heavy equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment
• Assist with road construction, pipelaying, and civil construction projects

 

Qualifications:

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
• Knowledge of electrical systems, scaffolding, and paving techniques
• Ability to operate mini excavators, front end loaders, skid steer loaders, and bobcats
• Experience with cement and excavation work
