Olive Recruiting is looking for a Sales Executive to work with our asset based heavy haul client in Houston, TX.

- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone, social media, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, presentations and networking.
- Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in increased market share
- Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and develop a solution based on the company capabilities and assets.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
- Participates and contributes to the development of presentations of services offered to prospects and clients
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-years' experience working in the heavy haul / project industry providing specialty transport services (THC, OOG and superloads, SPMT, Gantry, Jack and Slide).
- Ability to demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge of assets and services within the specialized transport industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
