Do you accept this requirement?Under general supervision, installs, configures, and supports a local areanetwork, wide area network, internet system, computers, desktops and/or mobiledevices.Job Summary:Under general supervision for Fulton County Dept. of Health, the support analystassists customers with tier one issues or forwards to second tier support forissues beyond their subject matter expertise. Works and communicates with stateemployees, internal customers, and/or external customers to provide informationand services targeted to meet customer expectations. While the intent may be along-term tenure, this position is subject to annual budget restrictions. Theinitial contract is through the end of this fiscal year and is anticipated to berenewed July 1st. This position will be 100% onsite (Monday-Friday) at 10 ParkPlace South SE, Atlanta, GA 30303.Qualifications:•Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university•OR Two years of experience at the lower-level Help Desk Analyst 1 or positionequivalent.•Note: An equivalent combination of education and job specific experience thatprovided the knowledge, experience and competencies required to successfullyperform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year-over-yearbasis.
