Position Summary | Sinclair Community College is a comprehensive community college with an enrollment of over 30,000 students that offers career and transfer programs leading to an associate degree, certificate programs, and continuing education opportunities. Sinclair seeks to attract culturally and academically diverse applicants of the highest caliber for the position of Help Desk Analyst. Sinclair Community College’s Information Technology Division is currently seeking an individual to fill a full-time, 40 hour per week, Help Desk Analyst. This position exists to provide phone and email technical support for students, faculty and staff and is the primary point of contact for all technology related issues. The Help Desk Analyst position requires extensive knowledge in the areas of information technology hardware and software.
