Structural Integrity Associates, Inc, an SI Solutions company, has an immediate need for a full-time Help Desk Analyst in our Huntersville, North Carolina office. The position requires onsite support with an option for hybrid as workload allows. The Help Desk Analyst will report remotely to the Manager, Information Services.
Description:
The Help Desk Analyst maintains and supports Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) computing devices that include laptops, desktops, servers, IOT devices, and some system components. Job scope includes troubleshooting and solving issues of diverse scope related to multiple operating systems and networks. Problems can consist of login problems, network issues, printer issues, software issues etc. Qualified candidates must have good customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues while escalating complex and/or high priority problems through the appropriate channels.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by effectively communicating with users and ensuring their technical needs are met.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical issues, solutions, and best practices
- Windows system configuration, updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Imaging computer systems for deployment to new hires or for hardware refresh.
- Responsible for coordinating data, software, and hardware recovery/replacement in the event of machine failure.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related technical field. In lieu of degree, additional work experience and/or trade school is acceptable.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a network or desktop systems specialist role
- Certifications like CompTIA A, Network, Microsoft Certified Professional or similar are strongly recommended.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Office Suite, Exchange and SharePoint Online).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory management.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite
- ERP Administration/Support
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
- Managing Mobile Phone Devices
- Box.com Administration.
- Microsoft Entra and Intune management
