Nationwide IT Services is seeking candidates to support the Navy Medicine Operational Training Command (NMOTC). The Junior Systems Administrator is responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.
Duties include responding to help desk tickets, diagnosing and resolving various technical issues, ticket escalation, support of hardware, software, operating systems, general day-to-day helpdesk services, and other tasks as assigned. Teamwork, excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a solid technical foundation are a must.
Job Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience or BS in Computer Science
DoD 8570 IAT LVL II Certification

Nationwide IT Services is seeking candidates to support the Navy Medicine Operational Training Command (NMOTC). The Junior Systems Administrator is responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.
Duties include responding to help desk tickets, diagnosing and resolving various technical issues, ticket escalation, support of hardware, software, operating systems, general day-to-day helpdesk services, and other tasks as assigned. Teamwork, excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a solid technical foundation are a must.
- Provide technical communication and media support services during core business and training hours as Subject Matter Expert for 10 enterprise video teleconferencing systems and 8 locations maintaining wireless telecommunication solutions
- Provide Tier 2 help desk support to ensure the incident resolution process is effectively executed by resolving help desk tickets submitted by users using Service Now to track progress and document final resolution
- Investigate and document technical malfunctions to determine the cause, define the problem, and initiate corrective action reporting conclusions to the on-site Project Task Lead
- Work with site help desk technicians to resolve issues that need to be escalated for resolution or assistance
- Troubleshoot mobility/smart/cell phone technical functions to resolve issues
- Assist users in gaining access to remote access applications, install required software, train users, and resolve technical issues
- Manage all accounts and equipment configurations for mobile devices
- Perform all setup and configuration of command audio/video/web conferencing/media service equipment and train users to manage interfaces when needed
- Perform inventories of NMOTCENT IT assets, provide all tracking documentation to the Business Services team, and properly dispose of IT assets IAW with all security and disposal regulations.
