Help Desk Analyst - Pediatric Home Service

• Position: Help Desk Analyst
• Location: Roseville, MN (Hybrid 4 days a week office, 1 day in remote)
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Are you a savvy technical expert who wants to join a sharp, funny and compassionate team? We’re looking for you! You’ll work closely on-site with all users and departments, as well as remotely with our off-site staff for desktop-related hardware, software, and end user support in a Windows network environment. There will also be opportunities to develop training and support materials

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of help desk/service desk experience in a formal office environment
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems
• CompTIA certification(s)
• Associates and/or Bachelors degree in IT preferred but not required
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, and previous application of the OSI model for troubleshooting purposes.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.
