Help Desk Specialist, Entry Level - Spathe Systems

Spathe is currently searching for a Help Desk Specialist, Entry Level to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC area.

• Provide support in responding to system user requests for assistance. 
• Provide support to monitor, install and perform maintenance on personal computers, laptop computers, software, and networks.
• Provide support for on-the-spot diagnostic evaluations, implementation of correcttions, and training users in proper operation of systems and programs.
• Serve as the frist point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer system problems.
• Provide a high degree of customer service and adhere to all service management principles.

• 1-3 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field 
• A+ or Network +

Clearance Required:

• TS/SCI
