Job Description: Ensure the learning management system works - system stability and performance (Docebo)
Addressing internal user concern's via shared inbox and slack channel
Project title - Learner Support
Project description: We are seeking a contractor to assist with enterprise learner support across multiple channels, including Slack and a shared mailbox. This individual will be responsible for fielding learner questions, providing timely and accurate responses, identifying trends in queries, and escalating issues as needed.
Preferred Abilities:
-Friendly and clear written communication style
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
-Tech-savvy with experience in troubleshooting (integrative thinking & deductive thinking)
-Ability to spot patterns and trends and report or escalate as appropriate
Job Skills:
-Strong written communication skills with a customer-first approach
-Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical questions
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proficiency with Slack and shared inbox tools (e.g., Gmail, G-Suite)
-Docebo LMS experience a plus
Preferred qualifications:
-Previous experience in a support or customer service role
-Familiarity with Slack, ticketing systems or email support platforms
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
-Docebo LMS experience a plus
Contract only

Hybrid work schedule
Must work 2-3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday of Thursday)
Must sit onsite in Richmond , VA
