What You'll Be Doing:
POS and Terminal Prep Superstar:
- Stage, Test, Deploy: Review merchant hardware and software requests, and manage the preparation, staging, and deployment processes like a pro.
- Train and Share Knowledge: Conduct training sessions for merchants and personnel, ensuring they're up to speed with their new tech.
- Team Up: Collaborate with our team to ensure every POS and terminal setup is spot-on.
Troubleshooting Extraordinaire:
- Investigate and Resolve: Dive into technical issues, troubleshoot with precision, and keep customers, merchants, and our Sales team informed via email and phone.
- Program and Troubleshoot: Assist with program downloads and handle transaction-related troubleshooting with efficiency.
- Ticket Master: Work through assigned tickets promptly, resolving issues and keeping our operations smooth.
Ad-Hoc Project Guru:
- Project Contributor: Jump into various ad-hoc projects as they come up and contribute your skills.
- Monitor and Manage: Oversee batches and equipment returns, ensuring everything is completed on time and accurately.
Skills We're Looking For:
Top-Notch Communication: Excellent oral and written skills to keep everyone in the loop and provide stellar support.
Professional Etiquette: Friendly and professional telephone manner that makes every interaction pleasant.
Tech Savvy: Knowledge of terminal functionalities and download files is a plus. Comfortable with providing demos and training to onboarded merchants.
