About the Job
We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our team in a software development company in Mountain View. This position is a Contract-W2 role with Onsite work set-up.
Qualifications:
*2 year degree or better OR equivalent work experience with HS degree Or Military experience
*Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
*3+ years of related experience
*Customer-oriented
*Sensitivity to working with an ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse environment
*High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
*Knowledge of Windows 10 in the enterprise environment
*Understanding of PC technology (MS Office, Internet, Windows, Mac OS, video conference)
