Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1 help desk inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Assist with password resets, system access requests, and user onboarding
- Document incidents, resolutions, and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support as needed
- Ensure all tickets are addressed within SLA timelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+ certification is a plus
- Experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and common troubleshooting techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Murrells Inlet or Georgetown
