Shift:
- Normal day shift hours with some flexibility.
- Rotating on call once every 5-7 weeks.
Requirements for this position:
- Current A+ certification
- 2 years of IT support experience.
- Experience with Windows OS support. Hardware break fix: laptops, desktops, monitors, network cabling, printers, etc.
- Experience with ticketing system software. They use Jira and have a home grown application as well.
Providing helpdesk / remote support and onsite desktop support for a Windows environment. Entering and closing out trouble tickets in the ticketing system. Providing great customer service, follow up, reporting, and documentation.
