Shift:

• Normal day shift hours with some flexibility.
• Rotating on call once every 5-7 weeks.

Requirements for this position:

• Current A+ certification
• 2 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows OS support. Hardware break fix: laptops, desktops, monitors, network cabling, printers, etc.
• Experience with ticketing system software. They use Jira and have a home grown application as well.

Providing helpdesk / remote support and onsite desktop support for a Windows environment. Entering and closing out trouble tickets in the ticketing system. Providing great customer service, follow up, reporting, and documentation.
