Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Location: 100% Onsite
Role Overview: Join our team as an IT Support Specialist where you will provide critical phone support services. Your goal will be to achieve first-call resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional phone support to users, addressing their issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot a variety of technical problems to find effective solutions quickly.
- Strive for first-call resolution with every customer interaction, minimizing the need for follow-up calls.
