Description:
The Helpdesk Technician provides essential remote support for the organization’s end-user laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, and applications. This role involves direct interaction with internal customers and various departments, ensuring that user desktop and mobile device issues are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active Directory Management: Oversee and support Active Directory operations.
- Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting and Setup: Diagnose and resolve issues, and set up PCs running Windows 10 and 11.
- O365 Support: Provide comprehensive support for Office 365 applications.
- Mobile Device Support: Troubleshoot and support internal mobile devices, including iPhones, Androids, iPads, and tablets.
Required Skills:
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance across various platforms.
- Windows and Outlook Support: Address issues related to Windows OS and Outlook.
- Phone Support: Offer phone-based support to resolve user issues.
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix hardware-related problems.

- Ticketing System Management: Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve issues.
- Printer Support: Provide support for printer-related issues.
- Active Directory Management: Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory.
- Mobile Device Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with mobile devices.
- Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues with Windows 10 and 11.
