Description:
The Helpdesk provides day-to-day remote support to the organization end user laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices and applications. This position interfaces directly with internal customers and various departments, troubleshooting user desktop/mobile device issues to resolution.
This technician will be responsible for all technical support as a member of a team supporting just under their end users.
- Active Directory
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting/PC set up
- Supporting O365.
- Supporting their internal mobile devices (iPhones & Androids), iPads and tablets and troubleshooting any issues with those devices.
Top Skills Details:
1. Ticketing systems experience
2. Active Directory experience
3. Office 365 - supporting the suite of applications including Teams, Outlook and OneDrive.
4. MDM – iOS support
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent professional oral, written, and communication skills
- Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- Familiar with Windows 10, Windows 11 troubleshooting
