Balboa Technologies is seeking the ideal Candidate to join our team as a Tier 1 or 2 Desktop Support Technician. Along with the technical skills, we are seeking a candidate capable of multi-tasking, working under pressure, meeting deadlines, taking the initiative to complete tasks, and having great customer service skills.

Job Description
1. Customer service
2. Desktop support, manage client requests
3. Communicate with vendors
4. Evaluate and document client systems
5. Install - monitors, troubleshoot OS’s, software, hardware, backups, and other computer infrastructure
6. Configure workstations, deploy tablets, phones, printers, imaging devices, new equipment, and other peripherals
7. Front line tech support
8. Respond to system alerts, outages, service requests
9. Perform other work-related duties as assigned

3. Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
4. Great organizational skills. Able to prioritize tasks while handling various projects simultaneously
5. Work with internal teams and cross-functionally
Working Environment
1. General office environment (Business casual)
2. Lifting 40lbs required
3. Occasional travel is required throughout Southern California
4. On Site in Irvine, CA near John Wayne Airport
