The Opportunity
As the Content Partner, you are vital to the LATAM Hemophilia Network transformation, driving customer-centricity and seamless experiences. You’ll develop local content for all LATAM Affiliates, working closely with The Lab and acting as the bridge between global content producers and affiliate Channel Specialists. Reporting directly to the LATAM Hemophilia Enabler, you’ll ensure content is ready for swift localization and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Content Strategy: Create an end-to-end content strategy as part of the overall digital strategy for Hemophilia, including various content types (e.g., images, presentations, videos, emails, banners) aligned with the Hemophilia channel roadmap.
- Collaborate on Content Development: Work closely with the Omnichannel Outcomes Lead, Marketing Value Lead, Medical Enablers, and Channel Specialists in Affiliates to incorporate local requirements and customer preferences for personalized digital customer experiences and improved content strategies.
- Deliver Tailored Regional Campaigns: Implement regional omnichannel marketing campaigns with medically and regulatory approved content, coordinating with disease area teams, Global Programs, the LATAM Enabler, and the Hemophilia Omnichannel Outcomes Lead.
- Track and Optimize Performance: Partner with Analytics & Insights Partners to monitor content performance and channel adoption, continually optimizing content and marketing campaigns based on performance data and dashboards.
- Standardize and Reuse Content: Maintain a standardized process for content creation and approval across LATAM, identify opportunities to reuse content from global teams and successful LATAM affiliates, and ensure content is tagged for tracking consumption.
- Oversee Content Production Quality: Collaborate with The Lab and local creative agencies to ensure high-quality and timely content production, provide feedback for continuous improvement, and act as a primary escalation point with the Local Engagement Manager.
Who you are
Education
- Bachelor's degree (science-related degree, digital, business degree or journalism, communications, marketing). An MBA is desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in Content Strategy and Planning, Content Demand Planning, Understanding of content tagging, Content Briefing, Content Management Systems.
- Digital omnichannel marketing experience and proven track record in developing and delivering effective and engaging medical content, particularly in large biopharma environments.
- Ability to understand and translate marketing analytics reports, experience in VVPM (Veeva Vault PromoMats) Content Sharing (DAM) and Approval (MLR) process.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Embrace changes and challenges with an open mind.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (oral & written) is essential.
