Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills
• Development and maintenance of Metadata, Rules and Member lists.
• Maintenance of the Journal module
• Development and maintenance of HFM objects such as web forms, data grids, journal reports, ICP reports and Task lists
• Monitoring and executing consolidation procedures, including the maintenance of automated consolidation scripts
• Perform periodic maintenance such as loading, clearing and copying data in HFM
• Manage data integration process with other Hyperion and non-Hyperion systems
• Perform system testing for new integrations, enhancements or upgrades
• Troubleshoot and help resolve system performance issues
• Manage service requests for system issues with Oracle Support
• Participates in the design, development, testing and implementation activities of Oracle DRM and works with business & IT to identify and translate business requirements
• Implement data stewardship processes and data quality monitoring in conjunction with the Oracle DRM tool
• Ensure adherence to SOX controls and provide evidence in audit walkthroughs
• Provide assistance to the user support team, as requested
• Participate in user training, as requested
• Maintain system documentation
• Contribute to special projects, upon request
Requirements
• 2-3 years' experience in Hyperion Financial Management administration
• Experience with Oracle ERP and other Hyperion products (Essbase, DRM, FDM, and Planning) preferred
• Degree in finance or accounting required
• The candidate is expected to be a self-starter, a team player and require minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills - direct interaction with various internal customers
