Title: HHA (Home Health Aide) / CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Preceptor
Status: Full Time
Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (3 days/week) OR 4 10-hour shifts/week Flexible Schedule!
On-Call every other weekend.

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?
As the HHA/CNA Preceptor, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:
- Mentor and train new HHA/CNA staff.
- Provide hands-on clinical support.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Participates, as assigned, in the on-call schedule rotations for Home Care as a HHA/PCA.
What do I need for this role with Redstone?
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year of experience in hospice or home health care.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to teach and mentor others.
