STATEN ISLAND $650 BONUS PROGRAM

Summit Home Health Care has a BONUS program for Staten Island Residents Only who are Home Health Aides.

If you join Summit before October 1, 2024, we will pay you a $650 bonus.

We need HHAs that eager to work and to qualify for this special Bonus you need to be ready to work within two weeks.

HHA Home Health Aide responsibilities:

• Daily personal care such as bathing, grocery shopping, oral care, cooking meals, etc.
• Assist and provide help with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care
• Track your patient’s condition and/or report to the agency if there is something unusual
• Assist patient with daily meals
• Basic housekeeping functions
• Accompany patient to doctor’s appointments
• Assist with essential errands
• Communicate with Summit regarding any issue that you patient might have
• Follow agency's policies

HHA Home Health Aide requirements:

• New York Home Health Aide Certificate
• Government issued ID
• Social Security Card
• Work permit, if needed
• 2 Reference letters
• Recent physical
• Quantiferon 
• Rubella and Rubeola lab work
• Chain of Custody Drug Screen, no older than 6 months
• Flu shot and Covid vaccine records
