Effective Pay Rate

When you work at SwiftShift, you are paid per your Effective Pay Rate. Effective Pay Rate has 4 major components: 

1. Service Pay - This is the rate paid to you for delivering in-home services to the client.

2. Client Support Pay - This is the rate paid to you for supporting clients within your team.

3. Service Continuity Pay - This is the pay that is paid to every employee for every 500 hours of in-home services delivered.

4. Weekly Team Pay = This is the pay that is paid to every member of the care team who has delivered 30 or more hours of in-home services without any overtime.
