MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
" Current Hawaii State license as a Radiologic Technologist --> REQUIRED TO APPLY
" Current BLS/HCP certification
" A.R.R.T. advanced certification preferred
" Assignment will be in Angiography/Interventional Radiology

B. EXPERIENCE:
" Two (2) or more years' experience in angiography, interventional radiology and special procedures
C. All travelers required to be vaccinated for Influenza and COVID per current CDC Guidelines: COVID Booster 2023 or later and FLU current season
D. Compliance must be completed 10 or more days in advance of start of contract
E. No RTO during initial contract
